I enter in the serial number and I am prompted to select devices to deactivate but nothing happens afterward. Is there any additional steps I am missing? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Also, I failed to mention this in my original post but when we attempt to activate the license manually, we are prompted to copy and paste a pre-generated certificate but the prompt is blank so there is nothing to copy. Considering this, prior to deactivating the serial number, would you be able to provide more insight to this issue? We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14 at a discounted rate, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released Nitro PDF Pro 13 (Q4 2019). I have attempted to activate Nitro Pro using the serial number I provided earlier but I get an error where I cannot activate the license automatically. When I attempt to manually activate the license, the pre-generated certificate is not appearing. Is there something I can do to get this certificate? Please let me know when you are able. Thank you.
