Transfer activation of 11.0.7.411 to new laptop

@Allain Umailin I am hoping you can help me with the same issue.  My old PC had Nitro Pro 11.0.7.411 and I am unable to deactivate on that old PC or activate on my new PC despite the License helper showing me I had 0 activations and 2 available.  Can I please have an upgrade link to the latest version using my old serial number for my new PC?
