Have nitro pro 13 on a crashed computor, trying to download & install on a new laptop, I am unable to logon with my email? Looks like you have deleted me from you system?????????????????????????????????????????

There is no need to login with your email when you plan to use your purchased Nitro Pro 13 program.

The login option within Nitro Pro 13 is the Nitro Sign integration. It is linked to our cloud-based program that requires a separate license.

To use Nitro Pro 13, simply install version 13 and activate with your version 13 serial number. 

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
