Nitro pro 13 - reinstalled and same error

My nitro pro 13 is no longer working.

 

I can open the application, the splash screen opens for a split second then closes, application is open in the task bar but when hovered over its grey.

 

click on it and it doesn't open, stays hidden  / invisible.

 

system tray is there, the application allows PDF to be opened but with the same results. 

I work in I.T. so don't ask me to do mundane things first. Been there, done that: restart, reinstall, remove completely and reinstall.

Please try to hold down the “Shift” key while right-clicking the program in the taskbar, then select “Move“. Use the arrow keys to move the window into view.
