Cannot upgrade from V13 to V14

Dear Sir,

I bought Nitro Pro 13 plus Unlimited Product updates one year from the date of purchase. and V14 announced within one year. But i could not upgrade to V14 with my serial number **** . Can you kindly check for me please. I believe i am eligible for v14 as i add option when i purchase nitro pro.
