Martin Staufenberg
Hello, when attempting to upgrade, get error 'we were unable to validate your serial number...' however, when I go to activate/deactivate, my serial number is able to be validated. Mayhaps the db link for tracing serial numbers on the upgrade page is not the same as the one used for activating/deactivating serial numbers? I am running version 13.70.7.60 and is eligible for upgrade to v14. Also... On the upgrade page [https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade] the link to "find your serial number" is broken. The link on support page [https://www.gonitro.com/support] the link to the knowledgebase (https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase) is broken. What is equally frustrating is that if you click on the "report broken link" on the pages, that takes you to --- which then re-directs one to --- which then tries to sell you an account for Salesforce. Respectfully, - Martin S. Edited November 13, 2023 by Allain Umailin
Martin Staufenberg
...sigh... I have to get a moderator to approve my request for help? Feels like calling 911 and getting a recording to leave a message after the beep...
