Unable to upgrade v13 to v14, plus broken links when navigating the support pages

Hello, when attempting to upgrade, get error 'we were unable to validate your serial number...'  however, when I go to activate/deactivate, my serial number is able to be validated.  Mayhaps the db link for tracing serial numbers on the upgrade page is not the same as the one used for activating/deactivating serial numbers?

I am running version 13.70.7.60 and is eligible for upgrade to v14.

Also...

On the upgrade page [https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade] the link to "find your serial number" is broken.

The link on support page [https://www.gonitro.com/support] the link to the knowledgebase (https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase) is broken. 

What is equally frustrating is that if you click on the "report broken link" on the pages, that takes you to --- which then re-directs one to --- which then tries to sell you an account for Salesforce.
