Print Stamp Not Allowing Print Signature

I've been trying to create a print stamp using the create signature feature. The dialog box opens as noted in the attached but it will not allow the entering of text for a signature. Is there a step required before I can do this?

Hi Steven,

 

When you get to that screen, select the Form field next to "Name" and then start typing your name.  From there, the preview should generate a Signature of the name you enter, as seen in the attached file.
