Clicking on Activate Now and nothing happens - do not get a prompt to enter the Serial

Hi,

Downloaded Nitro Pro PDF and  Clicking on Activate Now and nothing happens - do not get a prompt to enter the Serial I have as I purchased Nitro and moving to a new computer.

If it helps the Nitro PDF says Expired Trial. This was just after I downloaded using the link for a free trial.

How can I get the prompt to enter the Activation Serial?

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13. Please ensure you have correct version 13 program installed from the page below. If you have a different version of Nitro PDF Pro installed, you will get an error message.

After installation, activate with your serial number.
