We have been using nitro for a long time. However, since the relevant friend is not with us at the moment,

we cannot switch to a new computer and we have lost our installation key. Could you help me, please

I am afraid I am unable to find the purchase under your name or email address and in order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser

-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro

-A copy of the order invoice.
