Frustrated with method of Support & Reactivation

Hi,  I have purchased 3 licenses over the years because support help is so bad.  I am done with buying another thing, I want help activating my license.  Trying to Deactivate the 3 licenses, and it tells me to "Please select the devices to Deactivate", and there is no way to do that.  Somebody help, or I am just moving one from NitroPro forever.

I apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. 

If the license portal shows zero (0) for the number of Activations on your serial number, there is no need to perform a deactivation. The Deactivation button will only work if there an active number of activations. 

If your license is version 13, please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can successfully activate.
The installer (version 13 and 14) can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - download the version that matches the version of your license.
