My sr nO: 504************379 Can someone help me reinstall Nitro Pro 13. We I downloaded free trial verson and try to activiate with above serial number, it does not accept. Please uninstall the Nitro PDF Pro 14 on your computer and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can activate using your version 13 license. The installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you can activate it by launching the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
