I have purchased nitro Pro to replace Adobe Acrobat DC, which I have just uninstalled. I am unable to install the nitro software, either from the cleverbridge email, or downloading from your site. Having failed to find an email address to contact your support department, I have resorted to using your community forum.

The installation fails with the message "! Nitro PDF Pro Setup Wizard has failed"

I would like to get this resolved so that I have access to a PDF platform.

System:

Windows 11 23H2

In checking the provided email address, I can see that you have a version 14 license. 
Please use the MSI installer below to install Nitro PDF Pro 14:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_14.17.2.29/en/retail/nitro_pro14_ba_x64.msi
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_14.17.2.29/en/retail/nitro_pro14_ba_x86.msi

After the installation, you can activate by launching the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
