I have 4 licenses purchased through a different account for the company that I need to upgrade to version 14 so that everyone has the same capabilities but am getting the known:

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

I provided the serial numbers back in Nov and have had silence since I messaged them to you.

Since this is a public forum the last 5 digits of each serial is as follows
