Once reinstalled we wanted to activate it, but we don't have the activation Key. We have searched the emails received but have not found the code. We only found this: "Your cleverbridge reference number: *****." The email of the user is ***** How can we retrieve the activation code? We have paid for a licence that we cannot use. Thanks a lot.
