I haven't been able to register on my new computer with the activation code I received with the initial purchase. Went through all suggested steps and nothing works. I apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to activate Nitro PDF Pro on your new computer. If this is still an issue, kindly provide the serial number you are using to activate the software so we can review its status and records. Please provide as well the version and complete build of the Nitro PDF on your computer. The details can be found within the software, under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
