Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted November 27, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted November 27, 2023 (edited) Hello @MLG, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! For the sake of initial troubleshooting this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro PDF Pro and MS Office. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603 If the Modify button is greyed out, please refer to this screen-cast that will teach you how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system: https://www.screencast.com/t/rvpUkq40c If repairing didn't help, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro PDF Pro? Any changes you were aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows or Microsoft Updates)? -What build of Nitro PDF Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 14.XX.X.XX, e.g. 14.14.0.13) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column. -What OS is installed on your computer (Windows 8.0, 8.1, 10, or 11, and whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit)? Is it by any chance with an ARM Processor? -What version of MS Office are you using (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, or 365, and whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit)? Is conversion also failing with Word, Excel, & PowerPoint? -A screenshot of the error message you are receiving and/or any important information.
