Re-activation on new PC --> getting Error -24 when attempting to de-activate and re-activate

We want to make you aware of the change to your product that may affect its activation performance and to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.

Thanks for response 

I was urgently requiring to work, so I managed to find a another thread which seemed to have resolved my issue. I am monitoring.

It's working so far, I just would like to know how to reach out for direct product support, would appreciate that.

If I do encounter issues going forward 

Else I will just have to reply on this thread again for help
