ALESSANDRO CETTINA Posted November 27, 2023 Report Share Posted November 27, 2023 Hello, I've got 1 licence related to 1 serial number to can work on 2 PCs. 1 pc is not available anymore (formatted), the second, I try to deactivate the serial from the software but an error is coming -24 deactivation error. Trying to deactivate the licence from the Nitro web page is not possible (because a pop up message say to: do that from the Device, but as said this procedure is not working). I just need to deactivate the licence from all devices but there is no way from the Nitro page and from the device. Can you deactivate in your system so I can activate again?
