Today it randomly deactivated, and is suggesting my free trial is at an end. I went to re-activate with the same serial number and was advised that it was already used. Please provide the Nitro PDF Pro serial number so we can adjust and allow you to reactivate your Nitro PDF Pro installation. Also, what is the complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro 13? The details can be located in the application under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. The example format is Nitro PDF Pro x.y.y.y, where x is the version and y.y.y is the complete build.
