The black background tool bar with very faint white text is barely visible, especially at night! Purpose of change in a product is for improvement - the decision to remove the appearance interface was not a decision made with the customer in mind. To pay for use of a product that we cannot see forces your customers to seek another product. Additionally - ticket requests need to receive responses please. I reviewed the support case you submitted, and I noticed that you have already requested a refund on your Nitro PDF Pro 14 license purchase. I understand that the Nitro PDF Pro 14 colors could be better, and changing it would be helpful. A request has been submitted to restore this option, however, it will be placed on the long-term product roadmap. So, unfortunately, there is no short-term solution or workaround for it. I recommend following our Release Notes page at https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/release-notes, as Nitro typically has multiple releases throughout the year.
