When I try to select characters for editing, the cursor will not select the desired characters. When I click on an area, the selection is made away from where I place the cursor. No where close to what I'm trying to select. Today I bought the new NitroPro Version (14) and installed it - but this problem still exists. Could you please check if the ‘Snap to Grid’ option is enabled on the user's Nitro PDF Pro? To verify this, navigate to the Forms tab, and then if the ‘Snap to Grid’ is checked, please uncheck and then observe if the behavior persists. You can also find this option in the Preferences section of Nitro PDF Pro. Please navigate to File > Preferences. Select the Units and Grid, then ensure the 'Snap to Grid' option is not checked.
