How often does a user need to "log in" to Nitro Pro? I haven't used it for 2 weeks and it's asking for my name and password again even though I check off "Remember Me" at login. The Nitro PDF Pro software requires each user to log in again every 30 days. This is by design to protect your licenses and there is no provision to extend this at this time. Nitro does support Single Sign On or SSO so if you use this in your organization you can enable SSO in Nitro Admin portal to simplify the login process for your users.
