Ian Goodall Posted December 1, 2023 Report Share Posted December 1, 2023 (edited) I uninstalled NitroPro 12 on one PC, and installed on another. On the new PC I get "-24 activation error". I go through the "deactivation" process where it confirms my serial number, shows "Number of activations is 0" and "Number of activations allowed is 2", but when I click "Deactivate" as prompted I am then prompted to "Please select devices to deactivate", but with no options to do that. So I am totally stuck going around in circles, with no options to send a support query into Nitro. If Nitro support sees this please let me know, I can send you the original purchase invoice *******6, reference *******, from March 2019 if required. Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 since we released version 13. We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V14, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.
