I understand the 'Apply All Redactions' function is unavailable on your Nitro PDF Pro. This behavior can happen if the file has security settings that prevent editing or if certain actions are not allowed to be executed. You can inspect what actions you can perform on the document by opening the file in Nitro PDF Pro, navigating to the File menu > Document Properties, and clicking on the Security tab.
