Susannah Buckwell Posted December 3, 2023 Report Posted December 3, 2023 I want to upgrade my nitro 13 to nitro 14 but was told my serial number wasn't recognised. As a nitro 13 product holder (I can produce receipts) this is obviously incorrect. I find nitro makes almost everything much more difficult than it should be. Please can you help.
