Serial Number Validation

I upgraded a serial number this last week, *** with no problem.  I have another user with serial number *** and it is unable to validate it. Any ideas? Reason is, I had to upgrade their computers to new ones and seemed easiest to just upgrade them to 14. Thanks

Hi, I am having problems activating my product. I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10, and re-installed my Nitro Pro 11.0.3.134.

Trying to use the same Serial for my new installation it is rejected and a 14-day 12-day trial notice is showed.

I have the information about my former Installation ID, Computer ID and Serial as well as the new installation ID and the "new" Computer ID, although it's the same laptop.

Please help.
