Thomas Bailey Posted December 4, 2023 Report Share Posted December 4, 2023 Hello Nitro rep(s), I am have been thinking about upgrading from Nitro Pro 13 to Nitro Pro 14, but I am hesitant. When I upgraded to Nitro Pro 13 I was given unlimited use of Nitro Sign as part of an upgrade promo. I have continued to happily utilize my free Nitro Sign for years. If I upgrade from Nitro Pro 13 to Nitro Pro 14, will I lose access to my unlimited Nitro Sign? If I can get a guarantee that my unlimited Nitro Sign would carry over then I would gladly pay for the upgrade, but I do not want to upgrade if it means that I will lose my unlimited Nitro Sign. When you get a chance, would you please let me know what would happen if I decided to take part in the upgrade? Thanks in advance for your help!
