Reinstalled Windows - How do I download Nitro PDF?

I have to confess.  It's pretty aggravating to purchase software and not be able to just install it immediately.   I feel this should be one of the benefits of not pirating the software.  If I were a software pirate, I would've hopped onto a BitTorrent and downloaded it within 15 minutes.  Instead, I need to file a support ticket and wait to get the software I purchased.  Part of the "value" that paying for software should give is convenience.  This is pretty aggravating.

Is my serial number my license?  If not, I need my license info too.

Hi there,

Did not work.  I downloaded the software (thank you -- btw, there is no 32 bit support for Windows 11, fyi).   I entered the serial number and got this error.  What should I do?

Also, you did not address my initial concern.  If I ever have to reinstall Windows, how do I get this software working without having to suffer from this incredible delay?  Honestly, if I had just pirated this software, I would've had access to this software immediately after reinstalling windows.  I've been penalized for paying for a license.  I want to make sure that I suffer less than a software pirate who steals your software.

Next time I reinstall Windows, how can I get Nitro Pro up and running without it taking a WEEK to get my download plus license?

Please use the correct serial number.

We only replaced some of the numbers so that nobody can use your key.
