I can't find my serial number or email used

I purchased Nitro but can't seem to find which of my emails or card I used to purchase.

My Nitro is fully activated with paid licence on  my old laptop, I purchased a new laptop and would like to deactivate on the old and move to the new.

How do I retrieve my details? 

I have searched my emails for "NITRO" and nothing pops up in the search. I was trying to find the activation code in my many email addresses

In checking your email address *****@zed.co.zm, I am seeing a recent license purchase for Nitro PDF Pro 14. 
Other than this, I am not seeing a license purchase from the past using this email address. 

If you purchase a license before using a different email address, please provide it and we will check the purchase records.
