Need a download to version 12

Hello,

 

When trying to install our license on a new PC it is not working due to the version.  Can you please provide me with a version 12 download?

 

here is or license info when checking it online:

Serial Number     xxxxXXXXXXXXxxxx
Version     12
Status     Active
Number of Activations     0
Number of Activations Allowed     2

Does this mean we need to deactivate a PC or does it mean there are still 2 activations remaining?
