Falsely expired- reinstallation

Hi,

I've been using Nitro for around 4 months with no issue, yesterday I was locked out with an error message that my trial period had expired (I had already purchased the full license).

 

What's more, it's refusing to accept my serial number, requesting a license document I don't have since I purchased directly from this site.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

I can see on your purchase records that you have a version 14 license. 
Please try to reactivate your existing installation by launching the application and navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro PDF Pro. From this window, click Activate and enter your version 14 serial number. 

If you encounter an error message, please provide the following: 

1. A screenshot or exact error message when activating the software. 
2. The version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro. The details can be located in the application under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
The example format is Nitro PDF Pro x.y.y.y, where x is the version and y.y.y is the complete build.
