Upgrade from PDFPenPro 12 to Nitro PDFPro 13 or 14

Hi,

When I try to register for an upgrade with my 40-character registration code (62F13xxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx) NitroWeb reports an error and encourages me to report it here. What to do?

Please note that the upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade only applies to the Nitro PDF Pro for Windows serial numbers. 
You can use the in-app upgrade in the PDFpen or PDFpenPro application if you would like to upgrade the license.

I cannot tell you how frustrating my experience with Nitro has become......Long time user of PDFPenPro. When I upgraded my Mac to the MacStudio, I did not initially install PDFPenPro, V12. Now I found a need and went to download it only to find it no longer exists and I have no idea of whether it was purchased, etc. Tried the upgrade window by installing my V12 serial number, it did not work, as Raymond above pointed out. Tried the contact window, with a limited number off characters to a trip to no where and am now here. I do not have version 12 of PDFPenPro with which to do the in-app upgrade. I have no access to downloading version 12 of PDFPenPro and I am certainly not going to spend the $180.00 to by if it takes 4 weeks to respond to an issue.

Would you be so kind and explain how can one update or upgrade the app?

I cannot use my PDFPPenPro 12.2 on my Mac to upgrade within the app. I'm a very long-term user.

The upgrade page doesn't enable the OK button regardless of what name I try to enter.

The License Lookup sits with a spinner for a while after pressing Lookup Now then briefly shows an error Failed try again later before returning to the It looks like PDFpenPro 12 isn't registered page.

It appears to think it has been deactivated. I know that I have used this version on my Mac as I have an email from a crash report 2020-10-08 from Smile Support.
