SSO Login not working - New Portal

We are new to Nitro Admin Portal - registered with info@domain.com and added a 2nd admin (nitro@domain.com). We are resellers of Nitro to our customer.
We configured SSO with AzureAD but on sign-in we get an error on both of these accounts so have no way to sign-in.
 

The error we get when signing in is "An SSO Error Occurred Missing Registration Details". User is licensed for Azure AD so not sure how to proceed.
