Old computer crashed and I need to install on my new computer

I need help with reinstalling Nitro on my computer that has been wiped clean due to a crash. When I go to try and reinstall, it's saying that I don't have an available license. I'm unable to deactivate because Nitro is no longer installed on it. I have the activation code and am needing some help. Thank you!

I have made an adjustment on your Nitro PDF Pro license so you can proceed with the activation. 
Please try to activate again by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your serial number then click Activate.
