When I took down the number, which just ended in 12 'X's & then tried to input it on the new PC, it says that it can only be numerical figures but this was what the number was on the 'About' tab. Please note that you need the complete serial number so you can activate once installed on the other machine. If they do not have the complete serial number, they can find it in the invoice receipt which was sent after purchasing the license. We generally request that the person who purchased the license to get in touch with us so that we can arrange for the delivery of the serial number. Please note that we only share or disclose the serial number to the individual who purchased or owns the license, and not to any other person.
