Trying to upgrade from Nitro 12.6 to Nitro 14

I have version 12 of Nitro Pro, they need to transfer it to a new computer.
I cannot deactivate it using the link: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal, message: "Please select devices to deactivate."
I also cannot update to version 14 at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade, the message "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade , please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue."
What should I do ? my serial number: 234***-******-****79

Please access again our Upgrade Page and then try to upgrade your serial number.
