I believe an upgrade has failed.

I lost my Printer entry some time back and believe that this was due to a failed upgrade.

I have tried to start upgrade again but it tells me my serial number 504*************42

is not known.

I found is on an email some 3 years old but have not been able to find a later one.

Ref #2*******7

I still have an active NitroPro and believe I have kept up my payments.

Can you look at the status of my registration and advise.

Prior emails would have been to m*****@iname.com. This still operates.

Hide Serial Number, Email, and Reference number. Already have a support ticket.
