wendy823 Posted November 28, 2023 Report Share Posted November 28, 2023 The above process did not work for me. When I went to Help>Activate I got the message that my serial number did not exist. I had previously been using version 13, but reinstalled version 14, thinking it might be correcting some of the problems I was having with 13.
