Gordon Yapp Posted November 28, 2023 Report Share Posted November 28, 2023 (edited) I have a similar issue. I upgraded a serial number this morning, 234600-xxyyzz-043384 with no problem. I have another user with serial number 234600-xxyyzz-567195 and it is unable to validate it. Any ideas? The reason is, that I had to upgrade their computers to new ones, and seemed easiest to just upgrade them to 14.
