I'd like to upgrade to Nitro 14 but recieve this message from the upgrade site: "We were unable to validate your serial number." Additionally I'd like to transfer one license to a new computer. Sean Crothers Posted December 8, 2023 Author Report Share Posted December 8, 2023 Hello Team Nitro! I need assistance for upgrading from Nitro Pro 13 to Nitro Pro 14. After enter my serial # on the Upgrade Page, I recieve this error message: "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue." I upgraded to Nitro Pro 13 in February 2022 (two licenses). I want to upgrade from 13 to 14, but the upgrade site (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade) returns an error message ( We were unable to validate your serial number. ) when I enter my serial number.
