Need invoice for purchase of Nitro Pro

I haven't received my purchase for Nitro Pro. Nothing in my junk or spam. I get the usual marketing mails but nothing about a invoice for my purchase for Nitro Pro.

The account it's the same i use in this post.

Please note that I did not find any license purchase under the email address adm***********@eapn.es.
If you have purchased using a different email address, please provide it so we can search for the purchase record and locate the Nitro PDF Pro license.
