Changing out PC's and Reinstallation

I have followed every step including entering in SN# and it recognizes my License as it shows how many I have and how many activated.  It states to DEACTIVATE and you will be able to ACTIVATE immediately in NITRO application.  I do that and get an error message saying SN# is no valid.  I tried to log a ticket and it puts me in an endless loop back to the same validate of SN#  Can someone please assist in getting the Software I purchased up and running again please?

An activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate.
In checking your email address, I see that you have a version 13 serial number. Please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can successfully activate using your existing version 13 license. 

The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once the correct version is installed, you should be able to activate using your version 13 serial number.
