Myles Guevremont Posted December 11, 2023 Report Share Posted December 11, 2023 I purchased a subscription to Nitro Pro 14 back on 10/31 for one of the users in my office. I set up a Nitro account, and it even shows that the license is in use and assigned to the user. However, we have not received a serial number for activation. I had her sign into her account through the desktop app, but it still just says that the trial has ended and asks for a serial number. I reached out to Cleverbridge support and but they said I needed to reach out to the Nitro Support team. Help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It seems that you have installed the edition that requires a license key or serial number. Please uninstall this installation and the install Nitro PDF Pro using the installer found in the Account Overview of your Nitro Sign account. Once the correct edition is installed, you should be able to activate it by logging in using Nitro Sign credentials.
