Have a new computer but cannot find Nitro 13 serial number

I have same issue. Have a new computer but cannot find Nitro 13 serial number. So I can't deactivate it either from that computer. The only serial number I have written record of is for version 9. I have been upgraded since then. This is a business account. Thank you for the help.

You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro 13 by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number (sent to you privately), and clicking Activate.
