J M Posted December 12, 2023 Report Share Posted December 12, 2023 I have same issue. Have a new computer but cannot find Nitro 13 serial number. So I can't deactivate it either from that computer. The only serial number I have written record of is for version 9. I have been upgraded since then. This is a business account. Thank you for the help.
