Have new computer but cannot see entire serial number

Have a new computer and need the entire serial number for Nitro Pro 13.22.0.414.  When going to 'About Nitro Pro'> I see only see XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

My understanding is that I need to deactivate the old one and download the same old version on the new computer and use the serial number. Help appreciated.

I found the serial number, deactivated it on the old computer but the new computer won't accept the serial number. What should I do?
