deborah shulman Posted December 13, 2023 Report Share Posted December 13, 2023 I have set my default font to Arial 11, however after saving a pdf and reopening it all the annotated text and form field text are reverted back to a different font. Once I click on the text it changes to Arial 11. But when I reopen the document it is back to the some other font. Thus, if I just change one field in the document, I am left with one field in arial 11 and the rest in a different font. Having to click through each field every time I save a document is hugely inconvenient. Please advise on how to get the document to save the font and embed it so that it opens as such each time. I will also note that if I open the doc in Adobe Reader it is all in arial 11, it is just if I open it in Nitro it reverts to some other font.
