Missing functionality for the "Select" function in the Home and Review tabs on my Nitro14 download

Writing this here as I am getting an error message when I try to raise a ticket, and it directs me to this website.

I am using a Windows 10 operating system (cannot update it due to Council licencing restrictions) and Nitro 14 pro on the desktop.

On reviewing what options are available to me in software, I do not seem to have the same "Select" options on the Home or Review tabs that is in the help guide to enable me to select all text, and it is a functionality I use frequently.  I only see "select text/graphic" and "snapshot".  

I do not have the functions on screen to to copy an entire page of text in a PDF document as per your help guide".  

Please advise how this can be rectified (can't insert an image to this form as it is not embedded to a URL)?
