Activation problem.

Good morning,

In May 2023, I purchased a Nitro PDF license (number available to you). As I am changing PCs, I deactivated the license via the program on your site. So I now have on //licenses.gonitro.com number of activations 0 and authorized activations 2. But if I want to activate the license on the new PC I have an error message regarding the license.

For your kind information, our Activation Portal is only used for deactivating previous activations.

To further assist you, please download Nitro PDF Pro 13 using these links:

x32   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/vlp/nitro_pro13_x86.msi

To know if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows system, please refer to this article:

You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number 504959-xxyyzz-306980, and clicking Activate.
