Cant Validate my Serial Number

First I feel stupid. This web site keeps asking for my Business Email and I am retired and use Nitro for Personal Use since 2022. I have Version 13 since 12/31/2021 when I purchased it. It was on my old computer. I have a new one (Christmas Present to my self ) and I can't Activate Nitro. It says Serial Number does not exist. I need help please.  Thank you

The error that you are receiving is commonly caused by installing a different version of Nitro PDF Pro. To fix this, kindly uninstall your current Nitro Pro through Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and reboot your machine.

Then please download Nitro PDF Pro 13 using these links:

You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number 504955-uvwxyz781978, and clicking Activate.
