convert mult-line form field text box to single line field

Often when I convert a Word document form to a PDF file and then using Edit > Create form fields for page, PDFpenPro will combine what should be individual fields into a multiple-line text box. How can I force it to create an individual field on each line?

Mac Ventura and PDFpenPro 13.1.
